Who we are

This website is operated by TNA Fleet Services, 1302 Pleasant Hill Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522. We are responsible for the information collected through it and through our job ads.

What we collect

The fleet program form. It collects the fields shown on it, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message box.
Job application forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you apply through one of our ads, Meta's lead form sends us the answers you give: your name, phone number, ZIP code, diesel experience, whether you hold a CDL and the best time to call. Meta prefills some fields from your profile, and you can edit them before you submit.
Standard server logs. Like any website, requests to this site are logged by the hosting platform, which records the request and the network information that comes with it.
Analytics and ad measurement. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, and the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. See Cookies and analytics below.

The Careers link takes you to Indeed. Anything you send there is covered by Indeed's own privacy policy.

Why we hold it

Fleet program enquiries are used to answer you and to quote or carry out the work you ask about. Job applications are used to contact you about the job and consider you for it. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Who else sees it

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site, our ads and the business, and with anyone we are legally required to share it with:

Cloudflare, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
Formspree, which receives the fleet program form and emails it to us.
Google Analytics, for aggregated usage figures.
Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which runs our job ads, delivers lead form answers to us, and receives pixel data from this site.
The email and CRM tools we use to pass enquiries and applications to our team.

TNA Fleet Services is a Meridian Fleet Services company, and enquiries, applications and service records may be shared within that group for hiring, scheduling, billing and record-keeping.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them and a reasonable period afterwards.
Service records are kept for the life of the customer relationship and as long afterwards as tax, warranty and record-keeping obligations require.
Job applications are kept for up to twelve months so we can consider you for later openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you are hired, they become part of your employment record.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones and to measure how pages are used. The figures we see are aggregated.

The Meta pixel tells Meta when a page is viewed, a form is submitted, a phone number is tapped or the Careers link is clicked, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and may show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy. We do not receive your name or account details from the pixel.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences. The site works the same either way.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Call or write to us and tell us what you would like done. We will confirm who you are before acting on it, and we aim to respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
